Matti Jääskeläinen M.Sc.(Tech.) is the founder of Commit; Oy. Over the years Mr. Jääskeläinen has established several IT companies, such as Client-Server Technologies and Tofuture Oy. He has developed their business in different roles (CEO, Chairman of the Board). Matti Jääskeläinen is board member of e.g. Tofuture Oy and Crosskey Banking Solutions Ab.

Markku Myllylä M.Sc.(Tech.) has worked at Commit; since the year it was established. Mr. Myllylä is currently the Managing Director of Commit; Oy and Extended Relationship Management Oy. He also has a history of twenty years of employment in IT companies. Mr. Myllylä is still actively working as a Senior Consultant in Commit; customer projects.

Matti Hautsalo holds a M.Sc in Economics from university of Helsinki and is an investment director in Aura Capital Oy. Mr. Hautsalo has been involved for several years in investment banking and private equity arrangements of start-up companies, including as managing director of Privanet Capital.
